1 General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to ok tk and all services provided through this website. By accessing the site or creating an account, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to comply with them.

ok tk operates an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh, which includes casino games, sports betting, slots and live dealer games. The minimum age to use the service is 21.

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines apply equally. Together, those documents form the complete legal framework for our services.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with ok tk, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Providing incorrect or false information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person, household or device may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and all bonuses will be considered void.

2.2 Registration Eligibility

• The applicant must be at least 21 years old.
• Accounts may not be opened from locations where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.

• Accounts may not be operated on behalf of a third party.

2.3 Account Security

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

ok tk reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

3.1 Required Documents

• A clear copy of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof that the name matches the mobile banking account.
• Proof of current address if required.

After documents are submitted, ok tk will complete the verification process within a reasonable time. If any information appears inconsistent or unverifiable, ok tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ok tk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We only accept legitimate payment methods and cryptocurrency transactions are not supported.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ok tk offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the balance ৳2,200; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement from the bonus balance has been met.
• Each bonus has an expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• ok tk reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if irregular activity is detected.
• Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is limited; the specific instructions for each offer must be followed.
• One offer may not be combined with another unless explicitly stated.

5.3 VIP Cashback

ok tk's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier earns cashback on weekly net losses. Bronze pays up to 0.4%, Silver 0.8%, Gold 1.1% and Platinum 1.5% weekly cashback. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

6 Gaming Rules and Code of Conduct

Fair and honest play is expected on the ok tk platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using any bot, automated software or algorithm.
• Attempting to win unfairly by exploiting system bugs or errors.
• Colluding or conspiring with other users.
• Attempting to fulfil wagering requirements artificially by circumventing bonus terms.
• Abusive or harassing behaviour towards other users on the platform.

If such activity is detected, ok tk reserves the right to suspend the account immediately and forfeit any related winnings.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or server problem occurs during a game, ok tk will determine the result according to the game provider's logs. If there is a discrepancy between the displayed result and server data, the server data will be considered final.

7 Account Closure and Restrictions

ok tk may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these terms.
• Inconsistencies in identity or age-related information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity on the account.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact us via our 24/7 live chat or email. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules before the account is closed.

8 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

ok tk provides its services on an "as is" basis. ok tk does not accept direct liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity or technical failures.
• Losses resulting from errors in third-party game provider software.
• Losses caused by a user's own negligence in exposing account details.
• Consequences of using the platform without complying with applicable local law.

ok tk's maximum liability in respect of any single dispute will be limited to the value of the transaction related to that dispute.

9 Intellectual Property and Content

All content, designs, logos, graphics, text and software on the ok tk website are the intellectual property of ok tk or its licensors. Limited viewing of content for personal use is permitted, but:

• ok tk content may not be published or distributed elsewhere without prior permission.
• Reverse engineering or modifying game software is prohibited.
• No material that imitates ok tk's trademarks or brand may be created.
